Schools Competition Open: name two public health Apps and win a prize!

Details:

Name the App!

Get involved with naming two apps focused around supporting families to lead healthier lives and prevent obesity.

We are inviting Schools to take part in an exciting competition launched today.

Health Education England in Wessex and Thames Valley in partnership with the University of Southampton’s Public Health team have been working with a collaboration of experts to develop two mobile apps aimed at supporting professionals and families with children up to 15 years old to be healthier and prevent obesity.

The competition we have launched today is to ask children and schools to use all their creativity to come up with a name for both apps. The winner will receive a £30 voucher along with their school receiving a voucher of £500 to go towards books or sports equipment for their school.

The attached document provides the details of how to submit names for the apps along with the criteria for coming up with the app name.
